fantastic stay, central location

convenient location helpful staff free safe chilled water

The location was spot on, most places i wanted to see were within a quick walk or a short metro ride. the staff welcomed me warmly and provided helpful advice about navigating the city. i especially appreciated the chilled water in the room. there was also a free safe. That gave me peace of mind.

the doors lacked soundproofing. hall noise was noticeable early in the morning.

Plenty of restaurants were a short walk from the hotel. these restaurants cater to various tastes and preferences. this allowed for spontaneous meal choices. That i definitely appreciated.

My room featured a coffee machine and a fridge. it was handy to keep waters cold for the night. plenty of hanging and drawer space was available too. I did not lack storage space.

the air conditioning was a PROBLEM. it barely cooled the "superior double room". i Found dust on the headboard and the floor, really not good.

helpful staff transport access nearby supermarket

the staff provided helpful transport information. the location allowed quick access to both public transport and many food options. supermarkets were nearby.

the doors were not soundproof at all and i heard hallway noise, especially in the morning.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to downtown. It made getting around very easy for me. The room was clean and the towels were changed daily. I appreciated the espresso machine, along with tea and water that were always available.

The double room I was assigned felt small. I think it was more like a corridor than a proper room. The double bed was placed against the wall. This meant one of us had to crawl over the other to get into bed. I found this inconvenient.

excellent location coffee machine helpful staff

the location was superb. i could easily walk to many key attractions (such as the basilica). the room was equipped with both a kettle and a coffee machine, a real treat for morning and evening refreshments. the staff were available to assist and answer questions.

the street outside was a little noisy late at night, though i managed to sleep well enough.

the room was clean and well-kept with fresh towels provided daily. the bed was spacious and quite comfortable and the room had a tv with many channels. i appreciated the ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

while there wasn't on-site dining, several restaurants are steps away. i found options ranging from traditional cuisine to international fare. a small spar supermarket nearby made getting snacks easy.

the hotel is located on andrassy avenue and it is central (a perfect launchpad). access to public transportation, including the metro, is very easy. the surrounding area is safe and has many shops.

the hotel offers luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. wi-fi was available and worked reliably throughout my stay. the reception area is stylish (with a vintage charm).
